Returns Policy

Return Policy:

14 Day Return Policy from date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for both outbound and inbound freight charges. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund. A higher re-stocking fee will apply if item is not shipped back in manufacturer's original box and with all original paperwork. No refund will be given if a blank manufacturer's warranty card is not received.

BedPlanet.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Paying for your purchase is easy. We have provided many different ways to pay, so you can select the one that works best for you.
  • Credit Card - Make a payment from your checking or savings, or by your credit or card/debit card.
  • PayPal - Make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information.
  • Check - Make check payable to Kimberley Designs and mail it to P.O. Box 50581 Henderson, NV 89016. When paying with a personal check, please note that your merchandise will not ship until your funds clear our bank.
  • Pay By Phone - You can also pay with your credit or debit card by contacting us directly at 888-996-9890.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • BedPlanet ships larger items (ie. massage chairs, daybeds and beds) with a common carrier. Smaller items, such as daybed bedding, is shipped with DHL. BedPlanet only ships within the Contiguous U.S. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please call us for a shipping quote. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

All items will be delivered to your ground floor entrance of your home. If you reside on a second floor, please make arrangements to have your item brought upstairs.

BedPlanet offers White Glove Delivery Service for an additional charge.

Please call or email us with the product name that you are wanting a quote on.



White Glove Delivery Service is a complete in-home delivery & set-up of your new purchase. The delivery company will use a 2 person crew, take your merchandise out of the box and place it in the room of your choice and bring your product up or down up to 2 flights of stairs. They will also perform some minor assembly (up to 30 minutes) and remove the empty boxes from your home.

Please make sure that the room is clear where you want the new furniture placed.



Since White Glove Delivery Service results in a local company performing this portion of your delivery, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped from our facility will be charged both outbound and inbound shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. If you are moving please be sure to give us the new address, prior to placing your order, to avoid any additional fees the shipping company may impose.

BedPlanet understands that any product can get damaged in transit.

That is why we created our No-Hassle Quick Replacement policy. Inspect all of your boxes upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, just refuse delivery of that item, make a note on the drivers paperwork, then give us a call and we will ship the replacement item out to you within 48 hours* at no additional charge.
